A Haggis for your Scottish Event!
There is still a ban on Scottish haggis importation into the United States because of the inclusion of sheep's lung in the pluck (heart, liver, and lungs).

In the meantime, try these sources below for US availability of the "great chieftain of the pudding race." There are even vegetarian and gluten-free haggis varieties available! A local butcher may even provide the makings for you to attempt your own. Or you can try to persuade a specialty butcher with some of the recipes below (with appropriate or easy substitutions for some of the offal).

Alternatively, you can indulge your appetite with culinary odes to or nods to the essence of haggis, with ice cream, truffles, chips, or other creative ways to thrill and amaze your haggis-eating guests.
Dine out, make your own, or avail yourself with online, legal, or virtual haggis.
